Also tried to stop my AVG and still a no go. I uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted and it is still not recognized. Install Flash Player for 64-bit, but my pc does not recognize it.

Android (Google) recommended "The Dolphin" or "Puffin" as your browser if you need to display Flash content with a motive under Android. Flash content playback is very non-rational processor and it drains your battery, also shorten the life of it. The version of Android you have is no longer comaptible with Flash Player. There is no more Flash Player for Android and there will be another. Successful installation but still does not. I installed the last version archived for android 4. I have samsung tab with android 4.2.2 internet explorer and google chrome 3 galaxy.
